Attack/Defend the cone

  • Grab a sibling or parent and work on your offense and defense moves
  • Attack - work on your dodges and footwork to get around the defense with strong moves to the cone
  • Defense - stay between the attacker and the cone while trying to force the defender out and away. Stay low and focus on the attacker's hips (don't fall for head & shoulder fakes)
  • Level 2 - lay out a few different cones (or tshirts, old towels). You can assign them numbers if they're not easily color-coded. Work to attack/defend the cone and then have a parent yell out a different position to attack/defend.
  • Don't forget - dogs often make great defenders!
