The refund policy for the club is 100% refund (less a $25 processing fee) up until April 1st for the Spring season. After that date, Weston Lacrosse will not refund registration fees.  The refund policy for all clinics is the day prior the first day of the clinic.  We fully understand and appreciate that there are sicknesses, injuries and unplanned absences that may impact your child's ability to participate once you have signed up for a team or clinic.  As a club, we must balance these issues against commitments we make to fund coaches and other resources which are largely based on participation rates.  In addition, the club needs to maintain a level of fairness for all participants in the program and avoid exploitation of a less firm policy.  We want to encourage all to participate and respectfully request your understanding of this policy.
